he Board of Trustees, consisting of 16 members who are elected for a term of three years, is responsible for the operation of the Foundation. All members serve without compensation and pay all expenses related to meetings, held twice each year.

The annual meeting is held each Autumn in Estes Park, Colorado, and a spring meeting is held elsewhere in the U.S. Trustees donate their time and pay for their own travel expense, but are reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses related to the discharge of their duties.
