nderson Western Colorado Camps, Gypsum, Colorado, believes that a positive camping experience provides a valuable and unique developmental opportunity for young person that is difficult to duplicate. Combining participation in a healthy outdoor environment with constructive activities that offer new challenges and experiences encourages children to grow and prosper physically and mentally. Some of their activities include river rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and camping.

Anderson welcomes campers ages 7 through 17 from the United States, Europe, Asia, South and Central America. This cultural diversity, combined with its rustic location offers every camper the opportunity to learn about other regions and cultures, enhancing awareness of the world.
